Bio: Program Leader of Preschool Education at Lijiang Culture and Tourism College, Professor Grade III, Master's Supervisor, recipient of the Zeng Xian zi Teaching Award. He serves as a member of the Preschool Education Special Committee of the Normal Education Alliance, review expert for Humanities and Social Sciences Projects of the Ministry of Education of China, member of Henan Provincial Expert Database for Educational Scientific Research, expert of Henan Provincial Educational Technology and Practical Education, member of Guangxi Expert Database for Educational Rule of law Development, and member of Guangxi Expert Database for Primary and Secondary School Teacher Training. He was a judge for the 13th and 14th "Huawen Cup" National Skill Competition for Preschool Education Normal Major Students, and Chair of Master's Thesis Defense Committee for Primary Education at Nanning Normal University for the classes of 2023 and 2024.
He worked as a visiting scholar at UNESCO Comparative Education Centre, University at Albany (State University of New York, USA), Western University (Canada), Southern Cross University (Australia), and Auckland University of Technology (New Zealand).
His previous posts include Deputy Director of the Editorial Department of Journal of Luoyang Normal University, Deputy Director of Higher Education Research Institute of Luoyang Normal University, Deputy Group Leader of Henan Provincial School Educational Legal Studies Group, Secretary General of Luoyang Educational Theory Research Association, Deputy Director of Luoyang Primary and Secondary School Principal Training Office. At Guangxi Minzu Normal University, he was a member of the Academic Committee, academic lead for Master of Education program development, and Program Leader of Preschool Education.
In social political positions, he was Member of the 9th & 10th Henan Provincial Committees of China Democratic League, Member of the 8th 10th Luoyang Municipal CPPCC, and Member of the 8th 11th Luoyang Municipal Committees of China Democratic League.
He has published over 40 papers in Chinese core journals, CN serial number journals and English language periodicals, authored or edited more than 10 monographs and textbooks, and presided over more than 10 provincial ministerial and prefectural level research projects sponsored by the Ministry of Education and the National Language Commission of China. His main research interests cover preschool education, teacher education, educational policy and rule of law, and comparative education.
This forum focuses on fundamental educational research and practical transformation, covering twelve themes including basic educational theories, educational administration and reform, curriculum and instruction, educational policy and law, educational measurement and evaluation, teacher education and teachers' ethics, comparative education, digital educational theories, moral and mental health education, empirical educational research, educational models and methodologies, university administration and counselor based education.
It advocates interdisciplinary integration and welcomes scholars, educators and postgraduate students in the fields of higher education, basic education and vocational education. Papers featuring theoretical interpretation, policy analysis, comparative studies, empirical investigations and case driven innovations are encouraged for academic dialogue, so as to advance theoretical innovation and practical progress in education.
